The Isaac Care System
The Isaac fall alarm integrates with our free family caring app, Isaac Care, which organizes “circles of care” for individuals. The app sends instant notifications of fall/SOS alerts to these circles while the fall alarm calls the designated emergency contact. Users can choose to have our 24/7 call center handle alerts or connect directly to a loved one. Privacy settings for circles of care can be adjusted to control personal information sharing.

Calls will be routed to contact 1 first, if unanswered will divert to the second, then the third. With the process repeating until the call is successfully answered.
Real-time notifications are visible through the Isaac Care app showing GPS location.

Have a conversation with your emergency contact through the device itself, no matter where you are.
GPS Location
As well as a phone call, your emergency contact will receive a push notification from the Isaac Care app and can use the app to see your current location in real time, so they know exactly where you are when you need help.
